Defective Hadith and their impact on difference of Opinions of Jurists.

Abstract

Defective hadith is an important class of hadith sciences in which scholars of hadith invested large amount of efforts to find and resolve the defect from hadith. Scholars have different findings and opinions on the basis of their results about a particular defects. On another hand when jurist (faqih) uses these defective hadith they have slightly different approach from the scholars of  hadith and due to difference of opinion on these two faculties  causes different judgments passed by the jurist while reasoning. In this article we tried to elaborate the different kind of defective hadith (Hadith Mua’lal) and their impact on the difference of opinions of in Islamic jurisprudence
