Reality of accountability and its impact on society

Abstract

The soul and spirit of accountability and ombudsman in Islam is in fact religious. Wherever the term “accountability” in Quran and Hadith Is presumed, it is merely specified in order to seek Allah’s favor to be performed. And for the sake of virtue to be bestowed upon oneself from Allah Almighty, so for as the above assignment is concerned it is said thatاحتساباللہor.الحسبہ  The mentioned perspective is actually consists on the following verses of Holy Quran as a citation امر بالمعروف ونھی عن المنکر. And the reference of the above mentioned can also be found in Hadiths, sound-deeds and praise worthy affairs relevant to virtue and wellbeing. While the unfavorable and vile ways of life are strictly disowned by the very religion. Therefore, the religion’s renowned scholars have always advocated the term accountability in the perspective ofامر بالمعروف و نھی عن المنکر ۔

Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran you are the best nation produced (as an example) for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah.Accountability is another aspect of coin regarding امر بالمعروف ونھی عن المنکر۔  So, this is the duty of each sound minded and mature individual in particular and for the whole collective society in general.
