Abstract

Concept of welfare state: state of Madinah perspective welfare state is an ultimate need of our contemporary world. The paradigm of this need is the state of Madinahs where the rights of citizens were protected by different actions – The charter of Madinah, brotherhood between the migrants and locals. Prophet Muhammad ( ﷺ ), had of the state of Madinah in In His farewell message rejected all kind of discriminations and gauranted the right of every humanbeing. My article is in above mentioned perspective.
